Description:

Ray Palmer is a new CATA artist just beginning his journey with the A.R.T. technique. Palmer’s paintings are infused with movement, evident by the brush strokes that emerge from concentrated areas of color. Despite this being a new endeavor for him, Palmer’s first paintings have been included in CATA art exhibits, including at Hudson Hall at the Historic Hudson Opera House.
