I AM A PART OF ART: CATA ANNUAL Art SHOW

(23/23) LICHTENSTEIN GROUP 23

Gallery wall with five painting

ABOUT THESE PAINTINGS:

The vibrant floral paintings in this grouping practically radiate from the gallery walls with their striking color palettes and expressive mark making. Rory Adams’ electrifyingย Hydrangea, created using acrylic paint on canvas, draws the viewer into its lush oversized petals, which pop against a cool green background.

To complement Rory’s painting are four brilliant tulips created by Brian Winston, Jessica Best, Cathy Crofut, and Jeff Hitchcock, each using chalk pastel on paper. Through their individual style and expression, the viewer can imagine each flower in its own unique environmentโ€”misted by an April rain or soaked by an early summer sun.
